ADD NEW QR SPRINKLERS TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW CEILING TI MODIFICATIONS

(BIG CITY COFFEE - CITY OF BOISE AIR TERMINAL - 2ND STORY - CONCOURSE B EXTENSION) Fire sprinklers used for building area increase and for fire area. To remodel an existing 845 square foot dining and food service tenant space for a new tenant (398 square feet customer seating, 281 square feet back bar, and 147 square feet kitchen). Work is to include a new customer service counter, a double leaf door with double-acting hinges to serve the kitchen, a hand sink, a wall mounted counter for dining, millwork, interior finishes, and equipment. No work is proposed within the existing kitchen. The existing coiling security grill will be maintained. An existing ceiling soffit will be removed and the gypsum board ceiling will be patched. False wood beams will be installed below the gypsum board ceiling. A new roof top HVAC unit will be installed to serve this tenant space in conjunction with this permit. Steel channels will be provided on top of the roof deck to transfer the load to 3 roof trusses. Special Inspection is required for welding. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
