The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(SARMC – North Tower – 4th Floor – OR Remodel) Permit is to remodel existing cardiovascular operating rooms on the fourth floor of the existing hospital. This building is fully fire sprinklered. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: installation of new one-hour interior partition walls, installation of interior partition walls to create four operatory, installation of new accessible 20 min door/hardware, new light switching, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
