[The Owyhee Shell TI - Suite 350] - Quick Permit
Reconfigure the heads and arm overs in the area of work. The new head layout is to accommodate the remodel and comply with NFPA 13 standards. The existing 2 1/2" main will stay in place with existing earthquake bracing and the main and lines will be tapped for new line and head locations.

The fire sprinkler system is used for area, height, and story increase. This is one of four permits attached to the drawings filed under permit BLD14-03334 in ePlanReview. To construct a 1,358 square foot shell office tenant space in the Northeast corner of the 3rd story of the Owyhee Place historic building. The shell and core upgrade work was done under permit BLD13-00938. A non-rated corridor was constructed to connect the exit stairways under permit BLD14-01091. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors with glass sidelights, suspended acoustical ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 (including quick-response heads where not provided) and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. A fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. A fire alarm permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
