The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Remodel for a new 10,015 sq. ft. assembly fitness/gym tenant within an existing building per approved plans. This remodel will split the existing original 23,417 sq. ft. space. Adjacent space vacant for now. Work to include: Demolition work per plans; construct a new tenant demising wall; construction of new interior nonbearing walls to create: offices, sales room, kids room, men's locker room, women's locker room, group room, storage room, utility room, and tanning rooms; install a dual height (high-lo) accessible drinking fountain; install a service sink; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; installation of new HVAC units; installation of a new suspended ceiling system; plumbing, mechanical, electrical work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, engineering, and adopted codes. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. **SRZ**
