This building is fire sprinklered for high-rise requirements. Permit is to expand a 2,009 square foot tenant space created under BLD07-02763 into the adjacent hallway (corridor) and adjacent space creating a new 4,003 square foot tenant space. Work is to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create: a family assist accessible restroom, a break room, to isolate hallway and a server room], miscellaneous electrical, miscellaneous mechanical, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, new plumbing, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
