Permit to construct a new 13,056 s.f. non ambulatory medical clinic office building with all interior and exterior improvements. Interior of building separated into two distinctive programs. One area for rehabilitation and the other for patient care and employee work area and accessory use for medical use. X-ray room and equipment to be installed per manufacture instillation instructions. . Work to include interior finish and exterior site work including parking, trash enclosure and all site improvements per approved plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered. **ajs
