The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of single floor building. Half of the facility is residential area and the other half is the vehicle bay. There is a 4” riser, with backflow preventer, 3” cross mains and 1”, 1 /4” branch lines.
(ADA County Paramedics) (Station 17) Permit to renovation an existing 2,136 sq ft existing paramedic station and add 88 sq ft to the day room for a total of 2,224. Scope of work to includes exterior change to the site as shown in the civil drawings. There will be interior demolition as shown on the new plans. New foundation, exterior wall and roof will be installed in addition with the new roof structure extending over entire building. New interior lay out per approved plans. All interior finish material shall meet the requirements of IBC chapter 8. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical modifications shall be per the engineered plans. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
