Contractors scope of work complete, end of line voltage verifyed and acceptable. Horns and strobes from contractors scope to main floor as well as other area's on main floor are not synced together, flashing and sounding at different times. Contractor is aware of issue, instructed the on site point of contact, Randy, phone ####-#### will not final until issue is addressed/corrected.
