The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Plan modification-original permit was to relocate doors into common area. Plan modification removes this from the permit. The doors into the core will remain as approved under the previous plan review with special approval as noted below. 2-2-15 ajs Permit for the remodel of the 14th and 15th floors of the existing US Bank building for future office use. Scope of work to include demolition as shown on approved plans. New nonbearing interior partition walls and ceiling as approved on plans. Interior finish material shall meet IBC chapter 8. This building is fully fire sprinklered for High Rise provisions. Separate fire sprinkler and fire alarm permits will be required for the necessary modifications to the building fire protection systems.
