The electrical switchgear in the room has been removed leaving it as vanilla shell. The space will be modified when a new tenant moves in. The existing pre-action system will be removed and reconnected to the original wet system. In addition, the existing standard response sprinklers will be changed to quick response sprinklers.

There does not seem to be an associated building permit at this time.
