INSTALL 14 NEW SPRINKLER HEADS TO THE NEW WALL AND CEILING LAYOUT.

For interior tenant improvements to an existing 1,338 tenant space with work to include the removal of existing interior nonbearing partition walls, construction of a new interior nonbearing partition wall for the storage room and the intallation of related interior finishes and fixtures per the approved plans and any notations. The mall bulkhead is not being attached to and the existing heating and cooling unit is being maintained with only minor duct work being done. The storage racking is not approved under this permit and a separate racking permit is required. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
