The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.
This space was previously addressed suite 200 BLD03-02511. Tenant Improvement on the second floor level. Scope of work to remove and add nonbearing walls to create new open & private office layouts. No structural members will be removed. Interior finish shall meet IBC Chapter 8 requirements. No increase in occupancy. MEP to be design build.
