This permit is to add enclosed offices to the 40,315 square foot area Cradlepoint currently occupies on the 4th floor (Occupancy issued under BLD15-00133) and to reconfigure an exit hallway in the basement. All work must be in compliance with the approved plans. The fourth floor is actually 5 levels above grade. Work to include miscellaneous interior demolition work, new interior walls, interior doors, interior finish, fire sprinkler work, and electrical work. Existing ceiling to remain. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
