Relocate 3 heads and add 11 new concealed pendent sprinklers to accommodate the new wall and ceiling layout.
This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To remodel the 17th story of an existing high-rise building for an office tenant. The area of the entire 17th story is about 14,520 square feet; however, this tenant will only occupy 7,479 square feet of that floor. The core (restrooms, elevators, stairways, corridor, etc.) has an area of about 2,663 square feet. Work is to include: interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, interior lighting, and interior finishes all per the approved drawings. NOTE: The last permit for this space was a full floor tenant (BLD03-02949); the space remaining after this remodel was not reviewed for code compliance and an additional TI is required prior to that space being occupied.
