The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(SMALL SMILES DENTAL CLINIC – DR. GARTH STODDARD DDS) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. To remodel an existing 4,183 square foot tenant space for a new dental facility. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, 7 treatment rooms, interior doors, interior sidelights, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits, millwork, and finishes. A medical gas storage room and system will be installed. This tenant space is an outpatient clinic. No one is allowed to be rendered incapable of self-preservation by the services provided. The existing roof top HVAC units will be used. Interior nonstructural demolition work was done under permit BLD15-01144. The new work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
