For the construction of approximately 30 lineal feet of interior nonbearing partition wall to create a new server room and install a tenant demizing wall to downsize the Office Max space from 6,782 sq. ft. to 5000 sq. ft. This is a fully fire sprinklered building because it is a high rise.
