Permit is to remodel an existing 3476 sq. ft. business space. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: new installation of two interior non-bearing walls to create one new office, new electrical and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
