Relocate existing sprinklers to new ceiling layout. No new walls are being added. The only work being performed is a new ceiling layout, revised HVAC and lighting

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.



Modify an existing room to accommodate relocated computer lab equipment. Work includes demolishing existing doors to accommodate computer equipment. Infilling door openings with new wall construction including a new wall full length of the room full height from floor to metal deck above. Work also includes modification to existing mechanical and electrical systems with new ceiling system. Finishes will be new including flooring, ceiling, and wall paint.
