Scope of work to include minor interior demolition, construction of nonbearing noncombustible partition walls to create new floor plan. This permit does NOT include any structural changes needed for medical equipment. Resubmittal required for any additional work needed. Contact the electrical inspection division for requirements on medical equipment. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
