The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a new automible dealer ship with two new wet systems. Both new wet systems are 4” and have tree and gridded portions. The majority of the building is protected and OH II.

The underground piping is under permit FIR15-00335

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

LARRY MILLER HONDA - To construct a new 53,250 square foot one story, automobile sales and service building with a 2,610 square foot, parts storage mezzanine. This building is constructed with a steel structural frame with masonry and steel stud exterior walls. This building will be fully fire sprinklered. This permit also includes related site improvements. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM

This is a partial rough to cover request. See the city approved plans for locations of hardlids areas that are ok to cover and the large shop area where the overhead rough-in piping has passed. Shop area is not ok to cover until another rough-in has passed for the drop sprinklers. Seismic bracing on branchlines still needs to be verified since nothing was address on the drawings.

Underground was called in for an inspection but this permit number is for the overhead work. Also no city approved plans for the underground work are on site. No inspection was performed.
