MATHNASIUM)(SUITE190) This building was built under 8201 Overland Rd. This permit is for the 1st time build out of an existing tenant space constructed under BLD05-02731. Scope of work to include 2 new ADA restrooms, the concrete in the area of the restrooms was never placed under the core and shell. Full height walls will be added to create 2 offices, janitor’s closet and an IT room. A new Hi/Low drinking fountain will be installed under this permit. A new RTU will be installed on an existing curb that was built under the core and shell permit. . This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
