Rearranged the storage room

(RITE-AID)(EASTGATE SHOPPING CENTER) Remodel to downsize an existing Rite-Aid retail pharmacy store to 19,427 sq. ft. per approved plans. Work to include the construction of a new demizing wall to the roof structure installation of new shelving, cooler units, construction of a pharmacy consultation room in the installation of related interior finishes, per the approved plans. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for area increase. The adjacent vacant areas will require a separate permit for future occupancy of the se spaces. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
