The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of removing the existing main and sprinkler system in a server room. A new main and new double interlock preaction system will then be installed. A new backflow preventer will be installed into the existing fire sprinkler riser.

(SYRINGA NETWORKS) For tenant improvements to an existing 1,671 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include the constructio of new interior nonbearing partition wall to create server rooms, the installation of new rooftop ventilation fans, creating a new opening in an exterior wall, construction of an exterior screen fence and the placement of exterior cooling units per the approved plans. this is a fully fire sprinklered building for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
