(BRANDON JOHNS - STE#100) Permit is to remodel 907 sq. ft. existing office space previously occupied by LPL Financial under BLD11-01991. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of existing interior nonbearing walls, construction of new nonbearing walls to create a new reception area, modified break room, 3 new offices and a copy room area, relocation of existing light fixture, minor relocation of ductwork and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
