The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(UNIFIRST) Permit is to remodel an existing 9,830 square foot office warehouse space for a new tenant. This space was created after a permit for “Idaho Youth Ranch” expanded into one half of the previously existing space. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: demolition of existing non-bearing walls, installation of new nonbearing walls, installation of new interior windows, new interior accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
