Scope of work to include occupancy reclassification of warehouse to fabrication, addition of hi/low drinking fountain, service sink and an additional ADA compliant restroom. This space was previously occupied under BLD13-02107, this building was constructed in ADA County in 1996 and annexed into the City of Boise in 2006. No storage over 12 feet, any racking over 8 feet will require a separate racking permit. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**

This is a change of occupancy. Therefore, the entire system must be verified based upon the current code and the new occupancy. This drawing is all that was submitted. You may approve this limited scope of work but do not approve the occupancy permit until the complete system is submitted and approved.
