(OFFICE OF THE FIELD SOLICITOR– 4th Floor– Suite 400) Permit is to remodel an existing 4,901 sq. ft. fourth floor office space. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, construction of new select interior nonbearing walls to create three new offices, relocating one door, adding one new door, relocating existing light fixtures and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
