This is for the dedicated 2" poly underground fire line only. The full fire sprinkler submittal will be submitted at a later date.

Bldg B (2) - Type 2 (1 Bedroom): To construct a new 2,888 sq. ft., two story, Four unit, apartment building. Each unit has one bedroom, one bathroom, and 722 square feet. The 1st story units are required to be Type 'B' units. All units share a common path of egress into and through a 1/2-hour rated exit corridor with 20 minute fire-resistive, listed, labeled, self-closing door assemblies from the dwelling units into the corridor. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One hour fire-partitions and one hour horizontal assemblies are required between dwelling units. This building is required to be fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13R as regulated by the fire department. DRH13-00300 & PUD12-00012 Per Planning and Zoning. **SRZ*

Underground supply piping is ok to cover. I noted that some of the pipe runs are short in distance and United Water supplied stub-in is only at 36" below finish grade.
