(ST. LUKES - MSTI)(PHARMACY - 1ST FLOOR) Fire sprinkler system used for floor level over 55 feet above grade. The remodel of the existing pharmacy located on the 1st floor. The pharmacy will be expanded into a portion of the 1st floor where an existing stair used to be located and was removed under BLD14-03434 creating a 975 sq ft pharmacy space. Structural work for mechanical occurring on rooftop. New door access will be provided out of the 3rd floor stair enclosure. A new 2 hour shaft will be constructed adjacent to an existing shaft for the new hoods in the pharmacy. Special inspection is required for steel construction as listed on form 310 and for spray applied fire proofing. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs
