This portion of the building consists of 26 units of condominium spaces on top of a two story concrete parking podium with 3-hour separation. The podium plans are currently under review as BLD14-02156. This building is required to be fire sprinklered. Separate Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler permits will be required; as regulated by the Fire Department.**ajs
