TVFP WILL RELOCATE 2 HEADS AND REPLACE 28 HEADS IN THE AREA OF WORK. EXISTING LINES AND MAINS WILL STAY IN PLACE. THE NEW HEAD LAYOUT IS TO ACCOMMODATE THE REMODEL AND COMPLY WITH NFPA 13 STANDARDS. EXISTING EQ BRACING AND HANGERS WILL STAY IN PLACE.


PINGMAN TOOLS – SUITE #321) Permit is to remodel existing 2,419 sq. ft. office space on the third floor. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of interior nonbearing walls and construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two offices, conference room, hallway, open office area, break room with sink, lounge, a storage and data room, new doors and hardware, mechanical duct work, new lighting fixtures, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
