(DIVERSIFIED FLUID SOLUTIONS – DFS – OFFICE AREA) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. To remodel an existing 1,850 square foot area within an existing 36,500 square foot tenant space located within an existing 51,500 square foot building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, office cubicles, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This tenant space already has a Certificate of Occupancy. This is a scope of work permit. A new Certificate of Occupancy need not be issued. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such system. **CJW**
