Previously noted deficiencies addressed/repaired, Final fire sprinkler inspection passed/complete.

Inspection request cancelled per conversation with Tribal Fire, contractor will reschedule inspection for later date.

Final inspection cannot be completed, missing fire sprinkler head for attached storage area located on the east side of building (there is an open outlet in the southeast room that is for the fire sprinkler head in the storage area) The underground flush has not been accomplished. No hydrostatic test has been performed for the overhead fire sprinkler piping. At time of inspection there is was no exterior bell for the fire department connection. Exterior tamper switch and water flow switch will need to be tested during the fire alarm inspection (Fire alarm pemit number is FIR16-00018). No tamper switches are installed on the fire sprinkler backflow, tamper switches need to be installed. Fire sprinkler headbox needs to be installed in fire sprinkler riser room. Fire sprinkler backflow needs to tested by a licensed backflow tester. Loose/pulled free hangers will need to be repaired. City approved drawings were not on site at time of final inspection, contractor will need to provide city approved drawings for next inspection. The door to the riser room needs to be labeled "FIRE SPRINKLER RISER ROOM"
