(VANILLA – SUITE #504) Permit is to remodel existing 2,497 sq. ft. vanilla space on the 5th floor by removing 221 sq. ft. to the existing vanilla tenant space making a total vanilla tenant space of 2,276 sq. ft., see suite #502 a total of 1,842 sq. ft. tenant space occupied by Pacific Value created under BLD15-02762, this permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls and construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create one new office, lighting fixtures, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
