The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding one new wall and making this area a new storage room. Add two new sprinklers and change the existing sprinklers to new f1 LO sprinklers as shown on the plans

(HEWLITT PACKARD) (BLDG 7 – STORAGE ROOM) Permit is for the remodel of the existing floor area to create a 872 sq. ft. high-piled combustible storage room. Work to include: construction of new select interior nonbearing wall to create storage room, installation of new door and modification to enlarge an existing door opening and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. **JG**
