(AARP - UNIT #800) Permit for interior remodel of the existing 3,458 sq. ft. 8th floor tenant space. Work to include: removal of existing select interior nonbearing walls, conduction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a classroom, LAN room, work room, open break room, 3 storage rooms and an office, relocate existing light fixtures, mechanical ductwork, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
