**(NORCO – WAREHOUSE AREA)** Permit is to remodel the interior of a 3,520 square warehouse space. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of new select interior non-bearing walls to create two separate areas within a warehouse, three new doors, infill existing exterior wall opening, adding a new egress stair, adding new light fixtures and relocation of existing lighting fixtures, new roof RTU unit, new mechanical duct work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
