**(CAMP RHINO BOISE)** Permit is to remodel a 20,947 sq. ft. tenant space previously occupied by “Toni & Guy Hair Dressing Academy” under BLD06-03094. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select nonbearing walls, removal of select CMU for new opening at men’s restroom, new construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create, new men’s and women’s ADA compliant locker rooms with showers, removal of select acoustic ceiling in exercise area, lighting fixtures and mechanical duct work raised to below the roof structure, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
