The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting an 2 level single family dwelling. There is approximately 280’± of dedicated 1½” poly pipe supplying the NFPA 13D sprinkler system. The system utilizes CPVC piping and extended coverage residential sprinklers.
Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
