The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of CPVC piping is being used with extended coverage residential sprinklers to protect a two level, four unit apartment building using NFPA 13R

(CORDILLERA DEVELOPMENT PHASE 2 - BLDG 7) revisons to footing calculations and 310 form. **10/8/15 ajs** To construct a new 3,680 sq. ft., two story, Four unit, apartment building. Units 'A' have one bedroom, one den, and two bathrooms. Units 'B' have two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. All 4 dwelling units have their own independent exit. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One-hour fire-partition separations are required between dwelling units. This building is required to be fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13R as regulated by the fire department. **AJS**
