Permit is to remodel a 1,329 sq. ft. existing office tenant space on the 4th story Middle East section of a high-rise building, the whole floor was previously occupied by “Idaho Power” under BLD07-00047. Work is to include: installation at select location of Nordwall demountable partitions to create 3 offices and a open office area, relocation of light fixtures, mechanical ductwork, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
