Relocate 1 head and add 2 heads off of existing main and lines in the area of work. New head layout is to accommodate the remodel and comply with nfpa 13 standards.
Existing mains, lines, hangers and bracing to stay in place. Existing calc area included 5 heads off of 1 1/2" lines.
(IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS – 1ST STORY) This building has a fire sprinkler system and a fire alarm system. To remodel areas within an existing 9,926 square foot tenant space located on the 1st story of an existing 3 story building for the existing tenant. About 40 lineal feet of interior noncombustible nonbearing walls will be constructed and doors will be installed to create new rooms. New rooms are required to be provided with a manual light switch with a manual on occupant sensor. This permit is also intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for this tenant on the 1st story. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
