(IDAHO LIQUOR STORE) For tenant improvements to an existing 4,500 sq. ft. retail space with work to include The removal of two existing restrooms and the remodel of the remaining restrooms for ADA compliance, installation of a new service counter and reconfiguration and addition of lighting. No racking over 8 feet in height is allowed under this permit. A separate permit is required for any racking over 8 feet in height. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
