Work to include the removal of existing nonbearing partition walls, installation of some track lighting and related interior finishes per the approved plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered and alarmed with a smoke evacuation system. The existing suspended ceiling is being left in place with no modifications to the smoke evacuation system being made.
