To install a fiber optic network based fire alarm system in the Club House. Each apartment dwelling unit will be a node on the network with separate FIR permit pulled matching the BLD permit. Each node will be installed in the corresponding dwelling apartment unit fire sprinkler riser room. The Club House is not a fire sprinkled structure. The fire alarm system in the Club House is a manual pull based notification system with a fire department control point RA at the front door. The main fire alarm system will report contact ID on POTS lines to a Central Station. Each dwelling apartment unit fire sprinkler riser door will have signage indicating the building name address and location of the fire alarm control point in the club house at the front door RA.
