INSTALL NEW PENDENT HEADS TO THE NEW WALL AND CEILING LAYOUT.

(TATERS) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,144 sq. ft. tenant space. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create 1 new office/storage room and a new ADA compliant restroom, new acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, new mechanical ductwork, new plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
