**( CBIZ M&S CONSULTING SERVICE, LLC)** Permit is to remodel 8,970 sq. ft. 1st floor tenant space by combing two tenant spaces into one tenant space, 1st tenant space is 1,061 sq. ft. under BLD99-01380 and 2nd tenant space is 6,684 sq. ft. under BLD98-0395. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: Removal of select interior nonbearing walls, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (2) offices, (2) conference rooms, a larger break room with existing sink and a work area, relocating existing light fixtures, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
