*** FIELD INSPECTOR *** The building department scope of work does not correlate with the scope of work indicated on the fire protection plans. Therefore, please, do not approve the certificate of occupancy until the entire sprinkler system within the building department scope of work has been inspected and approved. You may of course approve the fire permit for the scope of work shown on the fire protection drawings if it is acceptable.
(ASSURANT HEALTH – 3rd Floor Suite 302) Permit to remodel an existing 10,837 sq. ft. 3rd floor tenant space by reducing the tenant space leaving 5,278 sq. ft. and creating a new 5,559 sq. ft. tenant space to be occupied by “National General” under BLD15-03635. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls and the construction of select interior nonbearing partition walls to create a new separated tenant space, electrical work, mechanical work and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
