**(GERBER PRODUCTS COMPANY)** Permit is to remodel an existing 2,909 sq. ft. tenant space within a 21,939 sq. ft. Building previously occupied by “Integricare” under BLD99-00929. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select millwork, construction of select new nonbearing walls to create 1 conference room, new electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
