ADD 3SSP FOR NEW DROP CEILINGS @ EXAM ROOMS

(HABITAT VETERINARY HOSPITAL - UNIT 100) Permit is to remodel an existing 2762 sq. ft. business space. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: new installation of interior non-bearing walls to create 2 new exam rooms, removal of existing select nonbearing wall to hallway, relocation of existing sink and adding 2 new sinks in new exam rooms, relocating existing light fixtures, relocating existing ductwork, adding new exhaust fans in exam rooms, adding vertical grab bars in accessible restrooms and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
